By using FoodRestro you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FoodRestro lets you order food from restaurants and have it delivered. Restaurant and delivery partners use the same app to manage menus, orders, and trips.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate mobile number and keep your MPIN confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Orders and payments
Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be offered by some restaurants.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
5. Location
Location is optional. You can always type an address. GPS is used only to suggest a delivery address.
6. Liability
Food is prepared by independent restaurants. We are not liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
