How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data through either of the following methods:
- Directly within the Food Restro App: Open the App → Navigate to Account → Tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompt.
- By Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to support@foodrestro.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" including your registered mobile number.
Data Retention & Processing Time
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Once processed, your personal profile information, saved addresses, and active login sessions will be permanently removed, except transaction records that we are legally mandated to retain for statutory tax, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes under applicable laws.
